2. What the Service is

The Service is a web page that makes subtitle files from a video or audio file you choose, using a speech recognition model that runs in your browser on your device. The Service is free and needs no account. Its features may change without notice.

3. Your recordings

Use the Service only with recordings you have the right to use. If a recording includes other people, make sure you are allowed to transcribe it. Processing happens on your device; you remain responsible for the files you process and for how you use the results.

4. The output

Subtitles made by speech recognition can contain mistakes: wrong words, missing words, and timings that are off. Check them before you publish or rely on them, and never rely on them alone where a mistake could cause harm. You are responsible for the subtitle files you publish, including any text you add or change in them.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided on an as is basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
